Anthony Lanier (President)

Anthony Lanier founded EastBanc in 1987 and remains its President and majority shareholder. In his capacity as President, Anthony is involved in all development decisions and strategic direction of the firm. Over the course of his career Anthony has co-developed over four million sf. of mixed use commercial Real Estate in multiple countries, with a transaction volume in excess of three billion dollars.

He believes in urban revitalization, long-term values and superior quality paired with forward looking design in all aspects of re-development. Coupled with that philosophy he aims for long-term aggregation of assets and real estate as a complete business environment.

George Rizk (Construction)

George Rizk has supervised all of EastBanc’s construction efforts since 1998. He is additionally responsible for all structural engineering analysis for Eastbanc’s development efforts.

Philippe Lanier (Strategic Finance)

Philippe Lanier has been a full time employee at EastBanc since 2007. He is responsible for overseeing all financial analysis and due diligence, as well as deal structuring. He additionally oversees Asset Management of EastBanc’s portfolio. He is an active participant in company investment decisions in both Washington and Lisbon.

Philippe spent seven years as an Equity Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers and Bank of America Securities. He also served as an Acquisitions Manager at the European Office of Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI). Philippe grew up in Washington DC and has done intermittent work with EastBanc since 1998. He speaks fluent English, German and Portuguese.

Helen Lyman-Healy (Financial Oversight)

Helen Lyman-Healy has served as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Broker for EastBanc, Inc. since 2003. Prior to coming to EastBanc, she spent 14 years in the redevelopment of Tysons Corners Center, directly contributing to its growth from 150 stores to 250 stores. She was Director of Finance for Insignia/ESG overseeing their mid-Atlantic region, and was responsible for streamlining their accounting practice, improving investor relations, and substantially increasing productivity. Helen is a licensed real estate Broker in DC and Virginia.

Barry Greenberg (Leasing)

Barry joined Eastbanc as Vice President – Leasing in 2012.

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Barry has been involved in virtually every aspect of the retail sector.

With a specialization in landlord and tenant representation, he has created, implemented, and managed all aspects of marketing and leasing plans for a multitude of projects including the first big box- anchored development in Washington, DC, the 550,000 sf. “DC-USA” project in Columbia Heights.

He has secured sites for national and regional tenants (Gap/Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshall's, Modell's, amongst others) and represented some of the largest retail portfolios of directly owned and third party managed, open-air shopping centers in New York, New Jersey, and Virginia

Barry has an extensive knowledge of the New York City, New Jersey and Washington, DC retail markets and maintains strong relationships with the brokerage community and national and regional tenants in each region
